Alongside your own system
The room does not replace the tools your college already uses. It covers the part that happens while students explore: what they look at, what they ask, what they save.
How setup works
We open a room for your college and name a lead counselor. The lead invites colleagues. Students then connect with you from inside UWC Pathways.
How student data is handled
- Students decide what you see, and can change it at any time.
- When a student disconnects, you no longer see their work.
- Insight shows counts only, never below five students.
